STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO
Bob and Cindy Maddox are long-time Steamboat Springs residents and have a wealth of local knowledge and stories to share. Bob is a successful MAI real estate appraiser and has been an active volunteer in the local community for many years; having chaired the County Planning Commission and the local Hospital Board. He is also an accomplished ATP-rated pilot, managing and flying aircraft for private individuals. He began his cooking career at a summer camp at the age of fourteen and has been 
turning out breakfasts ever since. Cindy has a Music degree buried in her past and enjoys playing the flute and piano. She also dabbles in the fabric arts, i.e. quilting. Some of the quilts at the Mariposa are her creations. Cooking for rounds of harvest crews on her childhood farm gives her plenty of experience in the kitchen. Bob and Cindy are the parents of two adult children and enjoy flying together as well as the beautiful outdoors in Colorado and Utah. Their home is adjacent to the Mariposa Lodge.

We are long time locals who live in downtown Steamboat Springs. We have worked in the local guest service industry for many years and enjoy providing comfortable accommodations for our guests.
